[He is] much calmer, more focused, more in touch with his feelings and can express his emotions in words - better night's sleep. He does the breathing and poses at home.
My daughter has changed so much since starting her practice with Jennie and Erin. She is much more talkative, centered and relaxed since her yoga practice began. She has also bonded with both Jennie and Erin so well and enjoys interacting with them....Words cannot expressed how grateful I am that we found 5 Keys Yoga. My daughter's overall well being has changed dramatically since starting this program. She has much more energy, vitality and a spring in her step.
What I like about yoga is that I am relaxed more and more calm. And when I am frustrated, I breathe. I like doing yoga.
Erin really takes the time to figure out your goals and challenges. Then she gives you a variety of methods to try in your practice. Some are so simple, you can do them at your desk. Her program is unique to the individual’s needs and lifestyle. Anyone can benefit from working with her because she shapes the program to fit you.
When they leave yoga class, they seem more relaxed and happy. [One of my sons] seems to be more loose with his arms and legs and not as stiff as before... [he] is more relaxed and [my other son] is happy because he likes yoga.
[She] tolerates being touched more and is less sensitive, it has also helped her digest better. [She] always has a good time and she enjoys being relaxed.
He participates more and has a better relationship with his siblings... He doesn't cry as much and doesn't feel depressed anymore. He likes yoga a lot and does it at home.
My girls both love Erin and yoga. It has been so good for them. My oldest has really learned how to relax and focus on her breathing. My youngest also enjoys the songs and relaxing. It is so good for their body awareness and flexibility.
Once my children started yoga sessions, I saw an improvement in both of them. The most prominent change I saw is that they both leave extremely happy after their session. It helps them cope with their daily life events.
