Live Stream Yoga Classes

To attend livestream classes:​
  • All virtual attendees must register at least 60 minutes in advance of the class start time.  An email will be sent to the address on your account with a link to Zoom.
  • Zoom classrooms are opened about ten minutes before each class begins.  Students joining more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted.   Unfortunately, instructors are not able to see you or read messages when you join the livestream but you can unmute yourself to talk to them at anytime.
