We think yoga practices are essential for kids in today's busy world. With homework, after school activities, and social commitments, teens and kids have more responsibilities than ever. Five Keys provides fun and relaxing classes for kids of all ages. These classes develop strength, flexibility, and balance in our students' minds, as much as their bodies. Our five-week series for kids and toddlers start March 3rd and run through April 15th, with a hiatus for spring break.
