Feel good and do good! Join The FIT Institute and Five Keys Yoga for a rooftop class and fundraiser. Get guidance on preventing injury during physical activity, restore your body and mind with yoga, and enjoy the great outdoors on the beautiful rooftop of The FIT Institute. All proceeds of this event will be donated to My Block, My Hood, My City.
The FIT Institute will start us off with a mobility warm-up, Rachel Gansner from 5KY will lead a 75-minute gentle yoga class, and after class, participants will have the opportunity for a complimentary injury or injury prevention screening with the Physical Therapists of The FIT Institute.
8:00-8:15 AM - Mobility Warm-Up with FIT Institute
8:15-9:30 AM - Gentle Yoga with 5KY
9:30-10:00 AM - Injury/Injury Prevention Screen with FIT Institute
