As we move into the autumn, change is right before our eyes. Some parts of this change are exquisitely beautiful and pleasurable: the vivid colors, the fresh, cool air, cozy sweaters and hot apple cider. Others can leave us mourning the end of summer and dreading the coming of the dark and cold weather ahead. However, seasonal change can be an opportunity for us to breathe through the changes that are constantly happening in our lives. To accept whatever is and whatever will be. When we can accept that change is a constant in our life, we open to peace. We open to the very core of ourselves, which never changes.
I hope you enjoy this meditation on change.
