This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. During this class, we’ll create a safe practice and allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably with the use of props when needed. Guided breath work, soothing music, inspiring readings, and hands on support and adjustments will be entwined as we connect the body and breath through a slow paced, static sequence focusing on stretching all areas of the both the physical and subtle body. Suitable for all practitioners.
