Our very first post, how exciting!
As our business grows, we see a need to provide our clients a valuable resource in all things yoga. It seems many people feel overwhelmed by all the information out there about yoga - from ancient texts to emerging scientific study and everything in between.
This blog will serve to discuss why and how we may integrate yoga into our daily lives, drawing from knowledge old and new. We aim to inspire with practical examples and exercises. You can expect a variety of content in our future posts. We’ll cover yogic practices (such as poses, meditation, and breathing exercises), discussion of scientific studies of yoga, and the philosophy of yoga, among other things.
