MJ will teach breath-work to strengthen your respiratory system and immune response. She will also lead a guided meditation to help you let go, welcome change, find balance, and turn to the light within. Finally, you will be able to reset yourself through a relaxing, extended guided relaxation. Three spots available to attend in person.

Yin Yoga
7:15-8:30 PM
Usher in the season of Yin with Helen. By holding poses longer, your body will allow tension to dissolve and make space for new patterns of being. Feel rejuvenated in a classic Yin sequence, with the themes of autumn as your guide. Helen will also lead you through a meditation focusing on the light and warmth always within us.
